  • Using an unsupported browser may distort the display and prevent some features from working correctly.

Check and update your browser version

We recommend using the latest browser version available to your operating system. See your browser’s documentation to learn more about checking and updating your version:

Display varies by browser

Every browser has different ways of displaying websites, so minor differences in how the Byte portal appears are completely normal.

Important browser settings

For issues with the Byte portal, check if these browser settings are enabled or disabled in your browser:
  • Cookies - Cookies must be enabled in your browser, per the DPI Cookie Policy. Blocking cookies may interfere with the Byte portal.
  • JavaScript - JavaScript must be enabled to use the Byte portal. Avoid programs that block JavaScript, like anti-virus software.
  • Browser add-ons or extensions - Browser add-ons might interfere with the Byte Portal. While disabling them isn't always required, we may ask you to disable them when helping you troubleshoot.
  • Allow pop-ups in your browser – You must allow pop-up in your browser if you are using Safari (only on your mobile) or Firefox. For step by step instructions to allow pop-ups, go to your Dashboard and select the question How do I allow pop-ups in my browser? in the FAQs widget.

Browser window sizes

Your computer's screen size determines the maximum browser window resolution. For the best experience using the Byte portal, use a browser window at least 1280 pixels wide and 768 pixels tall.
